Practical Skills Community (PSC)
A Student-Led Tech & English Club in Rural Cambodia
We’re the Tech Club of Tevea Meanchey Village.
We’re students in rural Cambodia building real things – graphic design, learning materials, repairing devices, filming short videos, and learning English by doing. This site is our living portfolio: projects we’ve made, tutorials we wrote, and the skills we’re growing together.
- Build real projects: websites, graphics, learning materials, repairs, and media
- Learn English by doing: simple steps, real practice, weekly progress
- Serve the community: useful tools + support for local families
What Students Build Here
PSC students don’t just study—they create work you can see and use.
- Web & Digital:

Real-World Skills & Industry Connections
Personal Guidance & Team Learning
Students build projects that match real work—design, web basics, digital tools, and communication. We connect learning to practical outcomes and future opportunities.
Students learn with coaching, feedback, and teamwork. We focus on progress, confidence, and responsibility—skills that transfer to school, work, and life.
Flexible, Project-Based Learning
Creative, Inspiring Environment
Each week is hands-on. Students practice by making real outputs—flyers, websites, learning materials, and community projects—then improve them over time.
PSC is a place to try, fail safely, and get better. Students learn to solve problems, present ideas, and create work they’re proud to share.
